“The blue of the Caribbean seemed even bluer than from the beach. Last year we swam with the wonderful whale shark and however deep you dived, the water was still deep turquoise! We had hoped to go as far as the Mesoamerican Reef, the second biggest in the world, after The Great Barrier Reef, but it was mostly nearer to the shore so few exotic fishes or corals, but the sand was a glorious sight and we saw a turtle, directly below us. Very nice staff, very patient.”

“We had to postpone the activity due to a traffic jam, which worked without any problems. However, there was a mistake in the rebooking. The event partner didn't know about us. etours wanted to take care of it. Since we were flying back the next day, we had to cancel the excursion. We were told we would get a refund. I've been home for three weeks now - I haven't heard anything from etravel and haven't seen the money since. Mistakes in rebooking can happen, but the lack of communication and no refund will eliminate this provider from my future travels.Read more”
