“Excellent service, atmosphere, for the basic package. We were moved towards the gold pass but we figured we had more than enough in the basic. If you booked through Viator you get a discount $50/person for the gold pass vs the $59/person. Our tour guide, Marlo, was excellent always upbeat, funny and upbeat. Definitely bring water shoes and have your swimsuit on. The zipline’s short but you get to do it upside down. ATV’s are fun. Definitely want to wear a mask/goggles since it didn’t rain and a lot of dust was picking up. Would do it again.”

“High pressure to buy add-ons like ATV insurance. They try to scare you into buying it but honestly not necessary as you ride in a straight line on ATVs that are already broken and have bald tires. “Lunch” is 2 tiny tacos that taste like rat meat. Do not pick this excursion. Save your money and pay for XCARET. Much better!”

Pick up time was 7:15pm I was at the lobby at 7:00pm. Second, they didn't not bother to call me to give me an eta status. Third, when I attempted to contact via phone to # provided on my confirm email that number belonged to GR Solaris. I lost $274 USD for two people and I wasted my Saturday night thanks to them. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!”

“The biggest problem with this trip was our guide was on drugs or something. His eyes were all hazed over, and he had issues walking. At first, we thought we would just go along with the flow ..we made it to the tequila tasting which they wanted you to buy but wanted you to pay 4 times the actual cost. Our guide stepped away after that event, and when he returned was worse than he was before. We then politely said we were done for the evening and did not finish. When I complained they offered us $30 for the last two places we didn't visit. I and my friends…”
