“Pros: 1 - Guide was nice, funny and knowledgeable. 2 - Not the most expensive tour out there 3 - Good mixture of activities Cons: 1 - A bit misleading; DONT choose hotel pick up if in PDC, they will charge you more and tell you to go to the meeting point anyways, DONT buy the all inclusive option, the difference is just the ticket to the site, DONT pay for skip the line, its practically the same line/time, DONT pay USD45 for the (2) tickets needed for the site, pay at the site instead, it's cheaper 2 - The itinerary includes several tourist traps, DONT buy anything as everything…”

“We had to wait over 20 minutes for our private transportation. I’m not use to having to wait for a private vehicle transfers when I travel. In hind sight I would ask the question: “Will the car and driver be waiting for me specifically on arrival?” The service was okay for what it is. However, while it is private it isn’t like having a car and driver holding your name on a board upon leaving the terminal building.”

“Excellent service, atmosphere, for the basic package. We were moved towards the gold pass but we figured we had more than enough in the basic. If you booked through Viator you get a discount $50/person for the gold pass vs the $59/person. Our tour guide, Marlo, was excellent always upbeat, funny and upbeat. Definitely bring water shoes and have your swimsuit on. The zipline’s short but you get to do it upside down. ATV’s are fun. Definitely want to wear a mask/goggles since it didn’t rain and a lot of dust was picking up. Would do it again.”

Our visit on Isla Mujeres was great. The shop owners were a little agressive with trying to "sell" to us, but we ate at a wonderful restaurant and walked around the town.”
